In the living room, the design focuses on comfort with a custom curved sofa that encourages relaxation. It is paired with plush velvet seating and a sophisticated marble accent wall behind the television, which anchors the space. Brass elements in the furniture and lighting fixtures add a touch of opulence without overwhelming the minimalist setting. The open shelving unit acts both as a decorative and functional element, subtly partitioning the space without sacrificing the room's openness.

The kitchen exemplifies a clean and understated elegance, featuring sleek cabinetry and a striking marble backsplash.
