TIUGA STUDIO presents ICON STORE, a distinguished multi-brand fashion boutique in Baneasa Shopping City, the largest and most prestigious commercial destination in Romania. Designed as an architectural statement of modern luxury and refined retail experience, ICON STORE seamlessly blends elegance, functionality, and exclusivity to create a space that transforms shopping into an immersive, sensory journey.

The boutique’s exterior design sets the tone for the elevated experience within. The façade, composed of black marble, brushed gold accents, and expansive glass panels, exudes sophistication while offering a preview of the meticulously curated interior. The window displays, conceived as artistic compositions, elevate fashion into an exhibition, where statement pieces are presented on sculptural pedestals in an interplay of light and texture.

Upon entering, customers are enveloped in a harmonious fusion of noble materials and architectural precision. The interior is defined by a restrained yet opulent palette, where polished white marble with delicate veining serves as a luminous canvas, complemented by the depth of walnut wood paneling and the brilliance of brushed gold details. A meticulous lighting strategy, integrating ambient, accent, and display illumination, enhances the spatial experience, ensuring each product is showcased as a piece of art.

The store layout is designed to promote seamless circulation and effortless interaction with the merchandise. At the center, a multi-tiered, ribbed marble display island becomes the focal point, presenting accessories and footwear in an elegantly staged format. Surrounding this, custom-designed garment displays, featuring suspended black steel structures and wall-mounted walnut panels, frame the space with a minimalist yet impactful aesthetic. The handbag and accessories gallery, composed of illuminated shelving against a marble backdrop, elevates luxury items into collector’s pieces, enhancing their desirability through precise lighting and spatial composition.

Every design element contributes to an environment that is both immersive and exclusive. The checkout area, an essential part of the retail experience, is conceived as a statement in itself. A curved marble counter with gold detailing anchors the space, while a cascading crystal chandelier adds a subtle touch of grandeur, reinforcing the boutique’s commitment to luxury at every touchpoint. The fitting rooms, designed as private sanctuaries, feature plush textures, soft lighting, and refined detailing, offering an intimate and personalized shopping moment.
