The triplex situated in New Residences – Colentina, designed by TIUGA STUDIO, exemplifies a sophisticated blend of modern minimalism and functionality, creating a refined yet welcoming living environment. The project employs a palette of muted neutral tones, predominately shades of beige, grey, and black, punctuated by subtle contrasts and textures that provide depth without overwhelming the space. These carefully chosen colors enhance the sense of openness and light, creating a calm and serene atmosphere throughout the triplex.

Upon entry, the foyer features a minimalist approach with a built-in coat hanger wall clad in warm wood tones and sleek black fixtures. The staircase, with its wooden steps and black metal railing, becomes a sculptural element that connects the different levels seamlessly, acting as a design focal point while also enhancing the spatial flow.

In the living room, a luxurious modular sofa sits atop a textured rug, positioned near an accent wall that hosts abstract artwork. The dark, geometric lines of the rug contrast with the soft, neutral upholstery of the furniture, while the metallic light fixtures suspended overhead bring an industrial edge to the space. A large TV wall finished with dark marble, subtly backlit, introduces a bold and sophisticated element to the room.

The kitchen design complements the living area’s aesthetic, with dark cabinetry paired with integrated lighting, enhancing both the form and function of the space. The clean lines of the cabinetry create a sense of order, while open shelving breaks the monotony, allowing for personalized displays of glassware and décor. The sleek black appliances blend effortlessly into the kitchen, ensuring that the functional elements remain unobtrusive yet stylish.

In the master bedroom, neutral tones and textures are elevated by a feature wall with vertical lines and subtle tonal variations, creating visual interest. The upholstered headboard and luxurious textiles reinforce the room’s emphasis on comfort and relaxation. The office space continues this theme of minimal elegance, featuring a built-in desk with vertical wood paneling that adds warmth and texture to the otherwise clean, linear space.

Throughout the triplex in New Residences – Colentina, TIUGA STUDIO emphasizes clean lines, minimalist design, and a harmonious balance of materials. The use of subtle, indirect lighting further enhances the ambiance, creating intimate zones for relaxation while maintaining the overall open and airy feel of the space.
