We offer interior design services divided into a two stage project:

Accurate measurements and drawings of the existing space that needs to be designed
Preliminary design: Initial concepts, sketches, mood boards, and visual inspirations that capture the intended aesthetic and theme of the space
3D Visualization of all major spaces (this stage involves 3D modeling, modeling of the proposed objects, texturing and lighting of the space, rendering of images and their post-processing)

Floor Plans: Scaled drawings illustrating the layout, spatial organization, and furniture placement within the interior space
Elevations: Drawings that show a room's walls, indicating the height of ceilings, placement of windows, doors, and other structural details
Color Schemes and Material Selection: Information on the color palette, material choices for finishes (flooring, wall coverings, etc.), and fabrics
Furniture and Fixtures: Custom furniture drawings, specifications for furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and any built-in elements
Lighting Design: Layout plans indicating the positions and types of lighting fixtures to achieve the desired ambiance and functionality
Samples and Swatches: Physical samples or digital representations of materials, finishes, and textiles proposed for the design
Detailed Excel list with all objects proposals: Furniture, decorations, lighting, finishes,etc. with web link for purchase
Construction Documents and assistance: Technical drawings, specifications, and details required for construction or renovation work, including material specifics and installation details.
Budget and Timeline: A detailed breakdown of estimated costs, project schedule, and timelines for different stages of the project.
Project Management: Any project management and coordination details for contractors, vendors, or artisans involved in executing the design.
